The national contest runs through November 1st and is open to youth (19 and younger) to showcase works of art created in Texas state parks. All works will appear in the Texas State Parks Gallery.
Kids 12 and under get free admission to more than 90 Texas State Parks where they can enjoy hiking, swimming, biking, fishing, geocaching, wildlife viewing and stargazing. Admission fees for adults and children 13 and over vary by park and can be found on each park's webpage under "Fees and Facilities".
