I. DISCUSSION: Staff will brief the Commission on the prognosis of fishing opportunities and success throughout Texas. Mr. Phil Durocher, Director of the Inland Fisheries Division, will review freshwater fishing in the various regions of the state, and Mr. Hal Osburn, Director of the Coastal Fisheries Division will review saltwater fishing in Texas Bays and the Gulf of Mexico.
