
State Park Fax Reservations
Using the fax (PDF) forms: When using the forms, tab over or click in fields to fill in the blanks.
Make reservations for campsites and shelters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, up to 11 months in advance (333 days).
- At least 4 business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) before your requested arrival date, complete the form and fax it to (512) 389-8959.
- We will process your request by the end of the second business day following your request.
- If your request is available, a reservation agent will call you for your Discover, MasterCard or Visa credit card number.
- We will attempt to call you 3 times for confirmation and payment. If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, you will be notified via fax as to the status of your reservation.
- If your request is not available, you will be notified by return fax.
- Reservation requests received more than 333 days in advance will be returned with no action taken.

Fax Cancellation Basics
- At least 4 business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) before your requested arrival date, complete the form and fax it to (512) 389-8959.
- We will process your cancellation request before the end of next business day.
- You will be notified via fax that the cancellation has been made.
- If any refund is due, it will be credited to your credit card (or mailed if you paid by check).
- There is a fee charged for all cancellations.
Cancellation Requests must be received at least 4 business days (i.e., Monday through Friday) prior to arrival in order to allow time for processing.

As Texas State Park customers, you are very important to us.

In these early days of system implementation we are experiencing some technical problems and want to make sure that these problems are not affecting your reservation or payment.

Note: If you do not receive an email confirming
your reservation, a reservation has not been secured. Please call the number
above.
We regret the inconvenience that has been caused to our park users during the initial roll-out of the TxParks System and are working to correct those issues. Because so many are contacting TPWD to voice their concerns, our back log is building. Your call and support are very important to us and we do not take either for granted.
