State Park Internet Reservations

Texas Parks and Wildlife, in cooperation with ReserveAmerica, Inc., is very pleased to offer Internet capabilities for checking site availability (not available the day before and day of arrival - must contact the park directly for availability on those days) and making reservations for Texas State Parks. This service is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All current Operational Policies and TPWD. Rules and Regulations apply to Internet reservations.

Making and confirming reservations on-line with your credit card is convenient and safe. ReserveAmerica uses a Secure Commerce Server that works with Netscape, Internet Explorer, and most web browsers to encrypt your credit card information as it is sent to secure sites. When you see the blue key or a closed lock at the bottom of your screen, you can make payments for reservations with confidence.

Internet Reservation Basics

Use a credit card to confirm reservations on the spot.
Check site availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, free of charge. Availability can not be seen for today and tomorrow. link to instructions.
Make/cancel reservations for campsites and shelters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, up to 11 months in advance (333 days). Group facilities, cabins and hotel rooms cannot be accessed via the web at this time.
A $3 non refundable service charge applies to each reservation you make on the Internet.
Why we have web fees: The only way the Internet Reservation Service can be offered is to charge users the direct costs. Without these fees, TPWD could not offer Internet reservation service.
A $5 non refundable service charge applies to each reservation you cancel.
If you choose to extend a confirmed reservation, you can save money by calling our Reservation Center at 512/389-8900 during business hours; there is no administrative fee.
Cancellations and Reservations must be made 2 or more days in advance of arrival date.
