Nine colorful trail maps point the way to over 950 distinct birding and wildlife viewing sites throughout Texas. Each map (Great Texas Coastal Birding Trails - Upper, Central, and Lower Coast; Heart of Texas East, Heart of Texas West, Panhandle Plains, Prairies and Pineywoods East, Prairies and Pineywoods West, and Far West Texas) has many separate loops and each site is designated with a unique highway sign and site number corresponding to the map.
