Annual Goliad Paddle Trail Summer Flotilla

The Annual Goliad Paddle Trail Summer Flotilla is an organized group float down the San Antonio River in Goliad, TX, one of the most Historic Communities in Texas. Paddlers are to bring their own equipment and after the float are invited to visit one of Goliad's unique dining facilities. Volunteers will help paddlers launch their craft between 9 AM and 10:30 AM at the US Hwy. 59 Landing site; and will assist with take out at Goliad State Park. The State Park will provide free shuttle service. The only fee will be the normal daily entry fee in to the State Park. Preregistration by paddlers is requested and can be done by emailing jsclapsaddle@ccwip.net. In the event of inclement weather or high/low flows, contact Goliad State Park at 361-645-3405 for event status.
