Basic and Intermediate Fly Fishing Class

Learn the basics of fly fishing. Open to adults and children (ages 10 or above) interested in fly fishing. Basic elements of the course will include Fly Casting, Fly Tying, Ecology, Game Laws, Ethics, and Fly Fishing Tactics. Class is limited to 15 participants. Wear comfortable clothing for outdoor activities and bring a sack lunch for the one hour break between classes.  The workshop will be held at the Resaca de las Palmas State Park and from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 P.M. for both classes.
