Don’t miss out on the fun! Join National Audubon member James Sheppard on an easy but informative bird walk. Learn about the fun and excitement of bird watching, including basics on the use of binoculars and Bird Field Guides, as well as some techniques for successful bird watching in the outdoors. Group size limited; participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian; no pets please. Bring your own binoculars and Field Guides if you have them. Let us know if you’ll need to borrow binoculars. Dress for the weather. Wear sturdy shoes, hat, sunscreen, and bring at least one liter of water per person. Meet at the rainwater collection tower at 8:30 AM. Registration required and will be accepted from noon February 1, 2014 until noon February 28, 2014.
