Meet a Park Ranger at the Big Tree. Learn a little bit about this amazing Live Oak. There will be a short presentation on Big Tree followed by a question and answer session.
This presentation is appropriate for all ages.
Directions: From Goose Island State Park Headquarters exit the park. At the 4-way stop sign make a right on Park Road 13, be sure to watch out for the oak tree growing in the intersection! Follow Park Road 13 through the neighborhood and down along the water's edge, the road will eventually turn left. Park at the parking area on the right and head up to the tree
