Bird Walk on the Trailway

Join our Park Interpreter on a birding walk on the State Trailway to locate and identify birds of the Cross Timbers area. We will begin our walk at the Weatherford Trailhead on the east end of the State Trailway in Weatherford near Cartwright city park. See birds in three different habitats: open prairie, Post Oak-Blackjack Oak Woodlands and lake shore. We will have binoculars on hand to loan to those without. Reservations are required.
