The valley has some of the most beautiful butterflies and dragonflies in Texas! Come join us for a walk through the garden and trails to watch and learn about our fluttering friends. Park specialties include Blue Metalmark, Walker’s Metalmark, and Mexican Bluewing butterflies. Open to all ages. Dress comfortably with walking shoes. Bring binoculars, water bottle, hat, and bug spray (binoculars available to rent).. Free with park entry. Held at Resaca de la Palma State Park, 1000 New Carmen Blvd., Brownsville, TX 78521.
