CenTex Survival Fair

Calling all wilderness survival experts in training! Come learn how to survive and thrive in the Central Texas outdoors. Meet first responders responsible for outdoor emergency services, see spiders, snakes, lizards and other wildlife in live demonstrations, learn to set up your own campsite, take a wilderness survival hike and try your hand at archery, atlatl, flint knapping, rock climbing, geocaching and other sports. A fishing contest with prizes will be held at this event along with a first time fishing kids’ program. This event is free and open to the public after park entrance fees.
