Ride a stick horse in a barrel race, shoot cans with a pop gun, rope a wild steer and get a cowboy tattoo. All participants receive cowboy prizes such as sheriff badges, key chains, stickers, bandanas, and more. All events are free to paid park visitors, and are sponsored by the Friends of Martin Dies, Jr. State Park.
