Today we have a lot of high tech ways to detect water, from satellites to ground penetrating radar, but before all that came about a lot of people believed in and depended on dowsing or divining for water, oil, ore and other things. Join us July 21st as we attempt to master the art of dowsing for water.
Presentation times are 11:00 AM, 1:00PM and 3:00PM and the program will last approximately thirty-five to forty minutes. This program is open to all ages but children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress appropriately for the season as the presentation takes place in a period setting. Held at Washington on the Brazos SHS 23400 Park Rd. 12, Washington, TX 77880. Accessible for the mobility impaired. Program subject to cancellation.
