The Black Bear Restaurant at Indian Lodge will serve an Easter Feast 11:30am to 3:30pm Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013. Reservations strongly recommended; guest should call the Lodge directly. $25 for Adults, $9 for Children under 12. No park entry fee is required for restaurant guests.
The menu will include: Ham with Apricot Mustard Glaze, Chicken Spinach Roulade - Lemon Beurre Blanc, Salade Niçoise, Roasted Fort Davis Tomatoes with Chives, Pasta Primavera, Asparagus with Mustard Sauce, Red Potatoes with Lemon and Parsley, Spinach Soufflé, Asparagus Gruyere Tart, Citrus Avocado Salad with Pepitas & Mimosa Vinaigrette, Lemon Dill Deviled Eggs, Fava Bean & Mint Salad, Classic Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing, Cheese Straws, Freshly Baked House-Made Breads, Old Fashioned Strawberry Shortcake, Key Lime Pie, Strawberries Romanov, Carrot Cupcakes, Blackberry Cobbler, Lemon Pound Cake with Fresh Berries, Fresh Peach Parfaits, Coconut Cream Pie, Chocolate Cream Pie, Hot or Iced Tea, and Coffee.
The Black Bear Restaurant will close after the feast, at 3:30pm. Grab & Go! items will be for sale in the office once the restaurant has closed. Please be advised and plan accordingly.
