Come out and enjoy our First Day Hike in the Big Bend Ranch State Park. We will be hiking 1.5 miles across rough terrain with loose rocks, looking at the tinajas and viewing some historic features. The hike is open to anyone who is capable of hiking the distance. You should bring at least 20 ounces of water, sunblock, hat, long pants, long sleeved shirt, and a camera. This hike is limited to 20 people. Meet at Sauceda Ranger Station at 1:00PM. Please do not bring pets.
Not ADA accessible. Reservations deadline is December 24th. The hike is FREE, but entrance permits are required-$5 per person ages 13 an older. Big Bend Ranch State Park, HCR 67 Box 33, Marfa, TX 79843
