Park Superintendent Jerry Rashall will be leading a Guided Nature Trail Hike through this scenic park on the edge of the famed Big Thicket, a dense and biologically diverse eco-region in Southeast Texas. Participants should bring drinking water, comfortable shoes and a hiking stick. Hike will go through picnic area, past tent campsites to River Birch trail down Water Oak trail and back through Loblolly trail. Meet at park headquarters.
