Kids Kayak Clinic
A one-hour lesson for kids to learn the basics of kayaking and have the opportunity to kayak in a controlled environment in the cove behind the park store.

We will go over water safety and responsible kayaking skills. Of course we will be having fun in the water! Parents will be strongly encouraged to assist/participate, but the kids will be the ones on the kayaks. Parents must stay for the program. All participants (parents included) should come prepared to get wet. Bring sunscreen and a hat! Cost will be the $3 dollar interpretive program fee for all participants. For safety the minimum age for kids will be 10 years old. Park entrance fees apply. Pre-registration is required. Program is held behind park store.
