San Angelo State Park is home to a large part of the official Texas Longhorn Herd. Park interpreter will discuss the features of this magnificent breed and tell stories of how they evolved into the wild and colorful Texas Longhorn of legend and western lore. Participants will meet at the South Shore Gatehouse.
