Every Wednesday- Sunday. Peer down into the depths of Texas and observe up to 3 million bats return to the Devil’s Sinkhole after their nightly sortie. A short program will be given about the Devil’s Sinkhole and bats. Visitors are shuttled in a tour bus or in a car caravan from Rocksprings Visitor Center, 101 N. Sweeten St., Rocksprings, TX 78880, to the site. Tours are on Saturday mornings through mid October. Call ahead for reservations and start times. Fees are: Adults $20.00, Children 4 to 11 $10.00, Children under 4 are free. Call 830 683-BATS (2287).
