Come join us for a National Trails Day Hike on Coyote Run. Hike will include but not limited to history of Cooper Lake State Park, wildlife at Cooper Lake State Park, things to look for on Coyote Run Trail and trail etiquette. Hike is open to the public of all ages. Please wear good supportive footwear for hike because trail has some moderate hills throughout. Also please dress comfortably for hike will be a total of 4.5 to 5 miles long. No pets allowed on hike. Location of hike will begin at Coyote Run Trailhead at Cooper Lake State Park South Sulphur 1690 FM 3505 Sulphur Springs, TX 75482. Entrance fee of $5 per person required for everyone 13 years and older while kids 12 years and under are free.
