Join volunteers every Tuesday morning to help with the ongoing restoration of 300 acres of tallgrass prairie. Activities include separating and potting rescued grasses, potting seedlings for grow out, planting mature grasses and collecting seed. No training necessary. Must be 14 yrs or older. Dress for the weather and bring rubber boots and work gloves. Held at Sheldon Lake State Park & Environmental Learning Center, 15315 Beaumont Highway, Houston, TX 77049.
