Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to catch a glimpse of Laredo's most famous bird, the tiny White-collared Seedeater.
1.) When you arrive at the park at 0830 in the morning, you will rendezvous in front of the park Headquarters.
2.) After a briefing of your mission, you will depart with the rest of the team to look for the bird.
3.) Whether or not your mission is accomplished, after the drill you and the team will look for other feathered vertebrates (AKA birds).
Wear long pants and good walking shoes. Bring mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and water. Binoculars will be provided, or bring your own. Meet in front of the main park office (headquarters). All ages are accepted for this mission and fun bird walk!
