Ranch Heritage Day

Free Fun Family Event featuring Ranch skills, Music and stories, antique tractors, Chuck wagon cooking, Branding Irons, Horses and cattle, Working dogs with sheep and goats, cover wagon rides and a giant rocking horse Little Wrangler Rodeo. Held at Hill Country State Natural Area on the third Saturday of October from 11 AM until 4 PM.  Dress western if you can and bring a chair.  Sponsored by our Friends’ Group  HC-SNAP.  An early morning trail ride for those who bring their horses.  Free camping Saturday night with a play day on Sunday.  No admission fees charged.  Find us at 10600 Bandera Creek Road which is 10 miles West of Bandera.-Accessible for the mobility, visually and hearing impaired.
