Simply the Signers-A Look at Various Signers of the Declaration of Independence

Simply the Signers will take a look at some of the more colorful signers of the Texas Declaration of Independence. Visitors can join in and learn a little about these men who declared Texas independent from Mexico in March of 1836. Presentation times are 11:00 AM, 1:00PM and 3:00PM. This program is open to all ages but children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress appropriately for the season as the presentation takes place in a period setting. Meet at the park visitors’ center at between five to ten minutes prior to the scheduled tour times. Held at Washington on the Brazos SHS 12300 Park Rd. 12, Washington, TX 77880. Program is $5 adults, $3 children, free for children 6 and under. Program subject to cancellation.
