Sunset Run

Run the historic Joe Johnston trail at sunset! We will stop a few times along the way to look at natural and cultural points of interest.  Run will be about 7 miles over rocky terrain with some elevation change.  Meet at the rainwater harvesting tower next to the Visitor Center.  Fee stations will be closed so bring exact change or Texas State Parks Pass and check in at the Self-pay station located at the fee booth.  No reservations necessary.  Bring water and headlamp/flashlight.  Call 210-688-9055 ext. 292 for more details.
