West Texas has some of the darkest night skies in the continental United States. Come experience the awe-inspiring beauty of our stars! You'll learn some common constellations and how to find them, plus we will hope to see some meteors from the Perseid meteor shower, which is peaking tonight!
Meet at the Skyline Drive stone shelter overlook at the end of the road by 9:45 p.m. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Dress for the weather, as you will be outdoors. This program is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions and cloud cover.
