El Paso Water Utilities’ Carlos M. Ramirez TecH2O Water Resource Learning Center will host a screening of The State of Flowing Water. This Texas Parks and Wildlife, one-hour documentary examines the threats facing Texas’ rivers and streams and what can be done to protect our most precious natural resource.
