Trash or Treasure?

What makes an artifact historically significant?  What separates archeological treasures from being historical trash?  We will discuss this topic and then take a hike to examine some of Lockhart State Park’s culturally historical features.  Bring water if needed.  Pets are allowed on a leash.  Regular park entry fees of $3 per person 13 years and older will apply.  Children 12 years old and younger admitted free.
