Come on out and take a stroll through the town site of Washington circa 1836. The interpretive staff of Washington on the Brazos SHS will be leading walking tours of the old town pointing out the locations of important structures and filling in the details with historic background along the way. Presentation times are 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM and the program will last approximately thirty-five to forty minutes. This program is open to all ages but children must be accompanied by an adult. Dress appropriately for the season as the presentation takes place in a period setting. Held at Washington on the Brazos SHS 12300 Park Rd. 12, Washington, TX 77880. Accessible for the mobility impaired. Program subject to cancellation.
