Jul 23, 2014 Water stained; 80–84 degrees; 0.10’ low. Black bass are fair on silver Rat–L–Traps in Liberty Hill Park, and on shallow running crankbaits near the dam. White bass are good trolling silver spoons. Crappie are fair on minnows and orange/chartreuse jigs off docks early. Channel catfish are fair on stinkbait and liver in 4–5 feet. Blue catfish are slow. Yellow catfish are slow.
