NORTH SABINE : Redfish are good in the marsh with high tides. Trout are good around slicks and birds on plastics. Flounder are on the move.
SOUTH SABINE : Trout are good at the jetty on live bait and topwaters. Flounder are fair at the mouths of the bayous on a falling tide on jigs tipped with shrimp.
BOLIVAR : Trout are good on the south shoreline on Bass Assassins, Trout Killers and Sand Eels. Trout, black drum, sand trout and bull redfish are good at Rollover Pass. Trout are good over deep reefs.
TRINITY BAY : Trout are good for drifters working the wells on dark soft plastics. Some birds have worked over small trout. Redfish are good on live bait around the reefs and in the marsh. Redfish are fair to good at the spillway on live bait.
EAST GALVESTON BAY : Redfish are good in the marsh on small topwaters and live bait. Trout are while drifting shell on the north shoreline and in the middle of the bay on soft plastics and Gulps.
WEST GALVESTON BAY : Bull redfish and black drum are good at the jetty on shrimp and crabs. Redfish are good in the back lakes on natural baits. Trout are fair to good on the reefs on live shrimp.
TEXAS CITY : Bull redfish are good on crabs and mullet at the end of the dike. Redfish are fair to good in Moses Lake on crabs and shrimp. Redfish are fair to good on reefs on shrimp.
FREEPORT : Bull redfish are fair to good on live bait on the Surfside beach and at the Quintana jetty. Black drum and redfish are good on the reefs in Bastrop Bay. Offshore is good for dolphin and bull redfish.
EAST MATAGORDA BAY : Trout are fair for drifters on live shrimp over humps and scattered shell. Trout are good for waders on the shorelines on small topwaters, Gulps, Bass Assassins and Gamblers.
WEST MATAGORDA BAY : Trout are fair on sand and grass humps on soft plastics and topwaters. Redfish are fair on live shrimp in Oyster Lake, Crab Lake and Shell Island. Redfish are good on Gulps along the grass.
ROCKPORT : Redfish are fair to good on mullet on the Estes Flats and around Mud Island. Redfish are good on the flats on cut mullet and shrimp with higher tides.
PORT ARANSAS : Trout, redfish and sheepshead are fair to good at the jetty on shrimp and croakers. Bull redfish are good in the surf and at the jetty on crabs, shrimp and shad.
CORPUS CHRISTI : Redfish are good in the guts running parallel to the shorelines. Higher tides have pushed redfish on the shallow flats. Trout are good at night under lights in the channel on glow DOA Shrimp and Gulps.
BAFFIN BAY : Trout are good on topwaters and plum plastics around rocks and grass. Redfish are fair to good in knee–deep water on small Super Spooks, She Pups and SkitterWalks. Trout are good at night under lights in the Land Cut.
PORT MANSFIELD : Trout are fair to good on the edge of the spoils on soft plastics and Super Spooks. Redfish are fair to good while drifting pot holes on topwaters and soft plastics under a popping cork. Higher tides have pushed reds on the shallow flats.
SOUTH PADRE : Trout are fair to good on the grass flats on Gulps and soft plastics under corks. Bull redfish are good at the jetty on crabs and mullet.
PORT ISABEL : Trout and redfish are fair to good while drifting sand and grass flats on live shrimp, DOA Shrimp and Gulps under popping corks. Redfish are fair in South Bay, Gas Well Flats and Cullen Bay on Gulps and mullet.
