Boat ramps, bank and pier fishing, picnic and camping facilities are available at two LCRA parks. For current conditions and hours of operation, call the lake hotline at (512) 473-3333. For directions and details, choose a point on the map or a name in the chart below.
Reservations for these facilities can be made by calling Texas Parks and Wildlife Reservation Center at (512) 389-8900 more than 48 hours in advance. There is a $5 service charge for LCRA reservations made through TPW. To make reservations less than 48 hours in advance, call the park number listed below. Park Prairie Park
- Located on the north side of Fayette County Reservoir approximately 10 miles east of LaGrange. Take Park Prairie Road off Texas Highway 159
- Three-lane paved boat ramp and fishing pier
- Park fee required
- Open all year

Oak Thicket Park
- Located on the north shore of Fayette County Reservoir approximately 10 miles east of LaGrange. Oak Thicket Park Road is 2 miles east of Park Prairie Road on Texas Highway 159
- Two-lane paved boat ramp and fishing pier
- Park fee required
- Open all year
