The Lavaca-Navidad River Authority operates the Brackenridge Plantation Recreational Area on Lake Texana. The recreational area offers day use as well as overnight camping, a lighted boat ramp, and opportunities for shoreline fishing. Highway 111
- Take State Highway 111 approximately 8 miles west of Edna. Ramp is located on east side of lake.
- Ramp will accommodate all boat types
- No fee required
- Open all year

Brackenridge Plantation
- Located four miles south of Edna on State Highway 111. Take Brackenridge Parkway, which dead-ends at boat ramp.
- One-lane improved boat ramp with lighting
- No fee to use boat ramp. A fee is charged to enter the adjacent recreation area.
- Open all year

South Ramp
- Take Texas Hwy. 111 approximately 2 miles east of Edna and turn right onto FM 3131. Go 3.5 miles and take left on access road marked with "Public Boat Ramp" sign.
- Ramp accommodates all boat types.
