Dove:
The area north and west of a line starting at the International Bridge south of Fort Hancock; along FM 1088 to State Highway 20; west along State Highway 20 to State Highway 148; north along S.H. 148 to IH 10 at Fort Hancock; and east along IH 10 to the county line is in the North Zone.
The remainder of the county is in the Central Zone.
