General Access

Access is by boat only from the public boat launch at Bayland Park in Baytown. By boat, go past Hogg Island for about three miles to the Texas Parks and Wildlife dock on the east side of the island.

Permits Required

Visitors 17 years of age and older must possess an Annual Public Hunting Permit (APH), Limited Public Use Permit (LPU), or Texas Conservation Passport (TCP).
