Handling Ammunition
Your responsibility:- Use only ammunition specified your firearm
- Store & carry ammunition in a safe & secure manner
- Follow safe reloading practices
Caution! High impact, excessive heat, or contact by sharp objects can be dangerous to ammunition under certain circumstances.
Ammunition should be:
- Locked up - separate from firearms
- Stored - in original container or ammo box
- Sorted - and stored by caliber or gauge
- Carried - in original container or secure carrier
- Correct - ammunition carried with its firearm
- Round - or soft point only in tubular magazines
- Check condition of ammunition before loading
