Hunting Responsibilities

• Consider all of your responsibilities
• Know the area you are going to hunt
• Plan your hunt
• Be prepared and know your limitations
• Develop a good relationship with landowners and managers
• Never use unsafe methods or tactics to approach or attract wildlife
• Never use unsafe methods that place wildlife at an unfair disadvantage
• Clearly identify your target and what lies in front or it and beyond it before you shoot
• Properly care for the meat of the animal
• Respectfully transport the animal home
