Name - Deinonychus
Description - 10 feet long, 150 pounds, huge 5 inch-long claw on each of hind feet, dagger-like saw-edged teeth and powerful front limbs armed with sharp claws.
Habits - probably traveled in packs, meat-eater.
Last seen - Early Cretaceous, about 105 million years ago, Central Texas.
