Mexican Chiles (Real Media)


All kinds of peppers!

Wienies Supremo

1 medium onion diced
2 T. oil
1 package of wienies or sausage
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 small can of water
½ c. Salsa sauce (homemade is best)

Simmer wienies and onion in oil slowly until brown. Add water, tomato sauce and salsa. Cook slowly 30 minutes. Fill warm flour or corn tortilla, eat and smile!
