Bastrop State Park - Fees

Note: Information and prices are subject to change. Please call the park or park information (1-800-792-1112) for the latest updates. The daily entrance fee is charged in addition to any facility fees, unless otherwise stated. A Texas State Park Pass will allow you and your guests to enjoy unlimited visits for 1-year to more than 90 State Parks, without paying the daily entrance fee, in addition to other benefits.

Camping:

Maximum 8 people per campsite unless otherwise noted. Applicable daily entrance fees are charged in addition to the campsite or facility fee.

Primitive Backpack Campsites - Sites are non-designated along Lost Pines Hiking Trail. Campers must hike approximately 1/2 mile to reach primitive camping zone. Upon arrival to park, campers must identify primitive camping zone and include on self pay envelope. Maximum of 50 campsites/200 people allowed, maximum for each campsite is 4 people. These sites are not reservable, please contact the park for availability. More information on primitive/backpack camping:
$10 per night per 4 people

7 - Walk-in (60 yards) Campsites. Sites have a picnic table, waist-high grill, fire ring, and a 15'x15' tent pad. Water is in the area not at each site:
$12 per night.

16 - Campsites with water. Sites are in the Deer Run area and have a picnic table, waist-high grill, fire ring, and a 15'x15' tent pad. These sites are not recommended for trailer, pop-up or motor home use:
$12 per night.

19 -Campsites with water and electric hook-ups. Sites are in the Copperas Creek Camp area and have a picnic table, waist-high grill, fire ring, and 20/30 amp receptacles. All sites are back in:
$17 per night;
$102 weekly non-peak rate
$391 monthly non-peak rate

35 - Campsites with electric, water and sewer hook-ups. 25 pull-through sites are in Piney Hill camp area and 10 back-in sites in the Copperas Creek Camp area each with a picnic table, waist-high grill, fire ring, and 20/30/50 amp receptacles. Tents are allowed in Copperas Creek and are prohibited in Piney Hill:
$20 per night;
$120 weekly non-peak rate
$460 monthly non-peak rate

Youth Group Area / Primitive Group Area - This facility may be rented by any group (capacity is 50.) Fire rings provided but no other facilities or utilities are provided. Area is located approximately 200 yards down the 8.5 mile hiking trail. All equipment must be carried in. Water is available but no restrooms:

Group Camp with Group Dining Hall, 4 Barracks (accommodates 80), and 5 Walk-in Campsites with water. Each barrack has 20 beds (including mattresses). All buildings are heated. Dorms have A/C. Dining Hall has ceiling fans. Kitchen has a stove, and refrigerator. Restroom with showers are nearby. The Dining Hall that comes with this facility is not "The Refectory":
$350 per night on Friday - Saturday;
$300 per night on Sunday - Thursday

5 - Walk-in Campsites with water in the Group Camp. These sites are available, first-come first-serve at the park, only when the Group Camp is not reserved. Sites have a table and a fire ring. Water is in the area, not at each site:
$12 per night.


Cabins

All Cabins have: Small A/C unit in main room (bedrooms have ceiling fan only - it is advisable to bring fans for additional cooling); fireplace; kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and a stove without an oven (cabin #8 has a stove and oven); waist-high grill (outside), and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. No tents are allowed outside the cabins.

2 person cabin (#2). 1 double bed in the bedroom. This cabin has a bathtub:
$80 per night

3 person cabin (#11). 1 double bed in the large living area and 1 single bed in the separate bedroom:
$90 per night

4 person A.D.A. accessible cabin (#14). 1 double bed in 1 bedroom and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. This cabin has a bathtub:
$110 per night

4 person cabins (#'s 4, 10). Cabin #4. Double bed in 1 bedroom, a single bed in the other bedroom, and a single bed in the living area. Cabin #10 has 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each room:
$100 per night

5 person cabins (#'s 1, 5, 6, 7, 8). Double bed in 1 bedroom, single bed in 2nd bedroom, and a double bed in the living area:
$110 per night

6 person cabins (#'s 3, 9). Cabin #3 has 2 double beds in 1 room and a double bed in the living area. Cabin #9 has 1 double bed in one bedroom and 2 double beds in the living area:
$120 per night

8 person cabin (#12). This is a long L shaped building with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in each wing. Enter large living area from a screened porch that connects each wing. Double beds are in bedrooms #1 and 2. 2 single beds are in bedrooms #3 and 4. The kitchen has a stove with an oven:
$200 per night


Day Use Facilities:

There is a reduced entrance fee of $2 per day, per person 13 and older, for people using the group facilities.

Group Picnic Pavilion. Facility is day use only and is located in the Copperas Creek Campground. This is an open-air pavilion, with electricity, water, and a fireplace. Restrooms are nearby. Capacity is 25 persons. Parking space is limited:
$25 per day.

Group Dining Hall (aka the "Refectory"). Facility is for day use only and has a patio, A/C and heat. The kitchen has a stove and refrigerator. Restrooms inside without showers. There are tables and chairs for 80 people:
$300 per day (Sat. - Sun.)
$250 per day (Mon. - Fri.)
