Cooper Lake State Park (Doctors Creek Unit) - Fees
Note: Information and prices are subject to change. Please call the park or park information (1-800-792-1112) for the latest updates. The daily entrance fee is charged in addition to any facility fees, unless otherwise stated. A Texas State Park Pass will allow you and your guests to enjoy unlimited visits for 1-year to more than 90 State Parks, without paying the daily entrance fee, in addition to other benefits.
Entrance Fees:

Facility Fees:
- Applicable daily entrance fees are charged in addition to the campsite or facility fee.
- Pets are not allowed in any Texas State Park buildings. For other general pet restrictions check the Texas State Park Regulations. For park specific pet restrictions contact the park.

Camping:
Maximum 8 people per campsite unless otherwise noted. Applicable daily entrance fees are charged in addition to the campsite or facility fee. Tents allowed in limited service cabin area and screen shelter sites with superintendent's approval.
42 - Campsites with electric & water hook-ups. Sites
have a picnic table, fire ring, and a BBQ grill. 3 of these are ADA compliant:
$16 per night
$12 per night (from Nov-Feb)
5 - Screened Shelters. Sites have a picnic table, 20 amp
electric, water, fire ring, grill, & a lantern post. No Trailers, Pop-ups,
or Motor homes allowed. May have a small tent at the site. 1 of these sites
is ADA compliant:
$25 per night
$15 per night (from Nov-Feb)
2 - Limited Use Cabins. These shelters have 2 sets of bunk
beds (1 set with twin beds and 1 set with 1 twin and 1 full.) this shelter
also has a microwave, refrigerator, A/C, heat, and a lock on the door. Outside
there is a picnic table, fire ring, water spigot, and a lantern hook. 8 people
total allowed, maximum of 5 inside and 3 outside with tents. Customer must
furnish all bed linens:
$45 per night
$35 per night (from Nov-Feb)
Day Use Facilities:
1 - Group Picnic Pavilion (Capacity 50). Facility has 8
picnic tables.
$30 per day
- Excess Vehicle Parking (number restricted at some parks.): $4
- Activity Use Fee Per Person (day or overnight): $2
- Entrance fee is charged to use the Tira boat ramp
