Copper Breaks State Park - Fees
Note: Information and prices are subject to change. Please call the park or park information (1-800-792-1112) for the latest updates. The daily entrance fee is charged in addition to any facility fees, unless otherwise stated. A Texas State Park Pass will allow you and your guests to enjoy unlimited visits for 1-year to more than 90 State Parks, without paying the daily entrance fee, in addition to other benefits.
Entrance Fees:
- $2 per day, per person 13 and older
- Group Adult entrance fee per person: $1

Facility Fees:
- Applicable daily entrance fees are charged in addition to the campsite or facility fee.
- Pets are not allowed in any Texas State Park buildings. For other general pet restrictions check the Texas State Park Regulations. For park specific pet restrictions contact the park.

Camping:
Maximum 8 people per campsite unless otherwise noted. Applicable daily entrance fees are charged in addition to the campsite or facility fee.
6 - Hike-in (3/4 of a mile) primitive campsites:
$7 per night
9 - Campsites with water:
$10 per night
7 - Equestrian campsites with water. Capacity is 8 (people
and horses). Non-equestrian campers are allowed:
$10 per night
3 - Equestrian campsites with water and electric. Capacity
is 8 (people and horses). Non-equestrian campers are allowed:
$22 per night
27 - Campsites with electric (50 amp) and water:
$20 per night
6 - Overflow non-reservable campsites:
$6 per night
Group Camp Area with 5 Water Campsites (capacity 40). When
not being used by a group, the 5 sites in the Group Camp can be rented individually:
$35 per night
Day Use Facilities:
1 - Group Picnic Area (capacity 75) - Groups of 25 or less
will receive a 20% discount:
$40 per day
1 - Group Picnic Pavilion (capacity 25):
$25 per day.
Note: Discounted rate for renting the Group Picnic Pavilion and the
adjacent Group Picnic Area
1 - Lecture/Meeting Room (capacity 30) Room is 18' x 24',
folding chairs, VCR and TV:
$25 per day.
1 - Amphitheater (capacity of 200). Contact the park for information.
- Excess Vehicle Parking (number restricted at some parks.): $2
- Activity Use Fee Per Person (day or overnight): $2
Notes:
- No Gate. Check the Calendar for events and access restrictions scheduled within the next 3 months.
- Paddle boat rentals are available.
- No person may enter a state park with an equine or equines, or cause the entry of an equine or equines to a state park, unless that person has in their immediate possession, for each equine in the person's custody or equine that the person allowed to enter the state park, a completed VS Form 10-11 (Texas Animal Health Commission) showing that the equine has tested negative to an official Equine Infectious Anemia test within the previous 12 months. The documentation required by this subsection shall be made available for inspection upon the request of any department employee acting within the scope of official duties.
