Garner State Park - Campsites, Other Facilities & Fees

Note: Information and prices are subject to change. Please call the park or park information (1-800-792-1112) for the latest updates. The daily entrance fee is charged in addition to any facility fees, unless otherwise stated. A Texas State Park Pass will allow you and your guests to enjoy unlimited visits for 1-year to more than 90 State Parks, without paying the daily entrance fee, in addition to other benefits.

Camping:

Maximum 8 people per campsite unless otherwise noted. Applicable daily entrance fees are charged in addition to the campsite or facility fee.

Peak season is from from May 12 Through Labor Day. Non-peak season is from the Tuesday after Labor Day Through May 11.
Sites in the "Old Garner" area are designated as premium due to demand.

75 - Campsites with water hookups in the New Garner area.

Cabins:

Cabins accommodate 6 persons. Check out 11 a.m.; Check in 3 p.m. Any cabin reservation for either Friday or Saturday, must include both nights. Hotel \ motel tax is added to cabin rates. Cabins have kitchen facilities, but no utensils, dishes, silverware, linens, towels, or blankets are provided. All cabins have electric wall heaters. There is no air-conditioning, only attic fans.

13 - Premium Cabins with a fireplace.

4 - Cabins without a fireplace.

Group Camp:

Group Camp with Group Dining Hall and 5 Screened Shelters with Bunk Beds. Facility is in the New Garner area (Cypress Springs section) accommodates 40 people (8 people per shelter.)
$350 per night


Day Use Facilities:

Group Screened Shelter - Facility is in the New Garner area and has a capacity of 75 persons. Facility has a kitchen area, stove, refrigerator, sink, electricity, water and picnic tables. Restrooms are within easy walking distance (about fifty yards).
$60 + refundable $50 cleaning deposit
