Possum Kingdom State Park - Fees

Note: Information and prices are subject to change. Please call the park or park information (1-800-792-1112) for the latest updates. The daily entrance fee is charged in addition to any facility fees, unless otherwise stated. A Texas State Park Pass will allow you and your guests to enjoy unlimited visits for 1-year to more than 90 State Parks, without paying the daily entrance fee, in addition to other benefits.

Camping:

Maximum 8 people per campsite unless otherwise noted. Applicable daily entrance fees are charged in addition to the campsite or facility fee.

10 - Walk-in (50 - 150 yards) primitive campsites:
$7 per night

55 - Campsites with water - Some sites have water at each site and some share.
$12 per night

40 - Campsites with electric and water hookups:
$17 per night

21 - Premium campsites with electric and water - Sites are in the Spanish Oaks Camping Area:
$20 per night (March through November)
$17 per night (December through February)

Overflow Camping Area:
$6 per night

Lodging:

All cabins have air-conditioning/heating; a kitchen with a stove,oven and refrigerator; bathroom with a shower; a barbecue grill and table outside. Linens, cooking and eating utensils are not provided.

4 - 4 person cabins - 1 bedroom w/ 2 double beds:
$75 per night

2 - 4 person premium cabins - 1 bedroom w/ 2 double beds. These cabins are ADA accessible:
$100 per night

8 person cabin - Also known as the "Longhorn Lodge". This cabin has 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds in each:
$135 per night



Notes:

The drinking water at Possum Kingdom State Park is currently non-potable due to a high salt content. Visitors must bring their own water for consumption. Non-potable water is available at campsites, restrooms, & showers.
