Inspire Others: Support Your Parks
As a state park ambassador, you will use your interests, skills and creativity to draw new visitors to our parks. You will also see beautiful places and gain valuable volunteer experience.
What does an ambassador do?
- Explore parks (yes, that's part of your job!).
- Talk about your adventures on social media.
- Speak at meetings and community events.
- Organize special events (like concerts or service projects.
- Create unique products (like videos).
Make a Difference: Make Connections
Your job will be to reach out to people who traditionally don't visit state parks, especially young adults. Working with state park staff, you will come up with creative ways to help connect your peers and community to state parks.
You will make a difference by making connections!
