Scamp
Mycteroperca phenax
Scamp are light tan with lots of brown spots and a long, underslung jaw. Scientists aren't sure just what they feed on, but with that mouth, scamp probably eat whatever will fit into it.
They live on hard bottoms like snapper banks most of the year.
