Harry Crofton became involved in fly-fishing and tying in Australia. He is an FFF certified casting instructor, a Texas Parks and Wildlife angler educator and a licensed freshwater guide. He also serves as treasurer of the Texas Fly Fishers in Houston. Harry provides personalized group and individual casting instruction. He has led casting instruction for Bass Pro Shops and assisted with the Orvis Fly Fish 101 program.
Harry has fished extensively in the British Isles and northern Europe, New Zealand and Australia, Belize and Mexico but still looks for every opportunity to cast a Miss Prissy for “guads” on the Llano in Central Texas.
