Construction is taking place on the wastewater system, and will affect the Group Recreation Hall, and the Screen Shelter Area.  Construction will mainly impact vehicle accessibility to the Screen Shelters. Reservation for these facilities, through February 28, 2013, may need to be changed. We appreciate your understanding and support. Please contact the park for more details.

The park is located 2 miles northwest of Smithville. Take State Highway 71 to FM 153; then travel north on 153 for 0.5 miles to enter Park Road 1.
