Maximum building capacity is 100 people. The kitchen/storage are has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, sink, and a microwave. There is also a dining area, a lodge room with a fireplace, a conference/meeting room, men's and women's restrooms without showers. All areas have central air and heat. There are 12 folding tables, 100 plastic chairs, and a large outdoor grill.
